About UsVenstar, LLC is a woman owned commercial real estate firm active in the Twin Cities area. Founded in 1999 by Brenda Radichel Quaye, Venstar owns, manages and develops commercial real estate in the Minneapolis, Mankato and Rochester markets. The Venstar portfolio consists of 200,000 square feet of Class A office/flex space and over 60 acres of developable land. Venstar LLC is the 4th generation Radichel family successor to Venstar Corporation having Minnesota origins dating back to 1888. Originally founded as an agricultural drain tile operation, the firm evolved into concrete building materials (doing business as Spancrete Midwest and North Star Concrete Company) and eventually real estate development and investment. New Era Development, an affiliate of Venstar, LLC, was formed to develop office buildings in the Rochester market. New Era Development entities now own 100,000 square feet of Class A office and 40,000 square feet of flex space on the city’s west side. |
