New office building planned for NW Rochester Post Bulletin article

The Twin Cities office of Venstar, LLC and New Era Development, LLC has moved to a new location. We’re excited about our new space at 7803 Glenroy Road, Suite 104, Bloomington, MN  55439.

Road construction in Creekside Development is planned to begin this summer. Located at the southwest corner of West Circle Drive NW (County Road 22) and 19th Street NW, Creekside Development is part of a rapidly growing area in Rochester.  Recent and future area development includes Costco, Aldi, McDonalds, Caribou, Staybridge Suites and Associated Bank. Currently we have four lots for sale ranging in size from 1.13 acres to 2.15 acres.

Jean’s career began in Madison, WI with Gorman & Company in Residential Real Estate.  She served as Regional Manager for Southeast Wisconsin overseeing a portfolio of Section 42 and market rate housing.  Jean’s career continued at Eastmore Real Estate Management Company in Milwaukee, WI serving as the Controller and eventually Vice President overseeing all financial reporting and operations of the company.  After relocating to Minneapolis, she joined CBRE as an Accounting Supervisor working in commercial real estate.  She earned her B.S. in Business Administration with an Accounting emphasis from Concordia University.  Jean served as a board member for the Milwaukee Chapter of IREM, the Institute of Real Estate Management, and earned her CPM designation in 2006.

According to the Mankato Free Press, the future location of the Mankato KIA Dealership is known as “one of the premier undeveloped spots along Highway 14 — on the northeast corner of the Highway 14/Victory Drive interchange”.  Construction is scheduled to begin this fall with completion in the spring of 2014.  Click for full Mankato Free Press article.

 

Ridge Point Holdings, LLC recently sold Ridge Point Medical Building, located at 14050 Nicollet Avenue South in Burnsville, to the AtWater Group, based in Duluth. The 38,000-square-foot building sits across from Fairview Ridges Hospital. At the point of sale, it was 80 percent occupied. Metropolitan Pediatrics Specialists, Edina Eye and Family Physicians, Audiology Concepts and Dentistry for Children are just a few of the long-term tenants in the building. Ridge Point Holdings, LLC owned the building since 2003.

New Era Development welcomes the Department of Natural Resources as a new tenant at our 3555 9th Street NW building.  This location houses the offices of Ecological & Water Resources, Parks & Trails and Wildlife. Metropolitan Pediatrics Specialists has signed a long-term lease at the Ridge Point Medical Building, 14050 Nicollet Avenue in Burnsville. As a leader in pediatric and adolescent medicine, they have been an integral part of the pediatric community for 25 years.
