Venstar, LLC, as one of a handful of woman owned commercial real estate firms in Minnesota, is active in the Twin Cities area. Founded in 1999 by Brenda Radichel Quaye, Venstar owns, manages and develops commercial real estate in the Minneapolis, Mankato and Rochester markets. 

The entire portfolio consists of over 200,000 square feet of retail and class A commercial real estate. and over 50 acres of developable land. Venstar, LLC is the 4th generation Radichel family business and successor to Venstar Corporation having Minnesota origins dating back to 1888. Originally founded by Brenda’s great grandfather, D.W. Radichel, as an agricultural drain tile operation, the firm evolved into concrete building materials – doing business as Spancrete Midwest and North Star Concrete Company – and eventually real estate development and investment.

New Era Development, an affiliate of Venstar, LLC, was formed to develop office buildings in the Rochester market. New Era Development entities now own 135,000 square feet of Class A office and 35,000 square feet of flex space on the city’s west side. At Venstar we provide high quality, attractive, well-managed working environments for our tenants.

The most recent addition to our portfolio is our retail center at 835-855 Vikings Parkway in Eagan, MN.  The site, located right outside the new Vikings practice facility.  The three buildings were completed in 2022 and is 100% occupied.
