Bright Horizons has signed a long-term lease at the Valley High Business Center Phase I Building, 3535 40th Avenue NW in Rochester.  Bright Horizons offers what may be the world’s largest childcare solution to Mayo Clinic employees, on the first floor of the two-story 60,000sf office building.  Currently the Center has both a backup childcare component for Mayo Clinic employees as well as a community component, which offers full-time childcare to the broader Rochester area.  The Center was open for business in mid-September, 2010 and has far exceeded occupancy expectations.  The building is located next to the Mayo Clinic employee shuttle service, in the northwest part of Rochester next to the Mayo administrative campus.
